Temporary Employment Register

Vacant positions at Legal Aid ACT are advertised on our website under Employment Opportunities.

Legal Aid ACT maintains a temporary employment register for persons seeking short term paid employment through non advertised vacancies.

Legal Aid ACT is committed to fair and equitable selection for vacancies and uses selection processes to fill these vacancies, however, filling a non advertised vacancy through the temporary employment register may be considered.

Resumes should be forwarded to hr@legalaidact.org.au and include:

  • Name and contact details
  • Current qualifications and/or current year of study
  • Previous employment experience (if applicable)
  • Any other relevant details

Your resume will be retained for a period of 3 months and considered for any non advertised employment opportunities, at the expiration of the 3 month period your resume will be destroyed.

Should you not be successful in obtaining employment with Legal Aid ACT in the specified period, you will be required to resubmit your resume for consideration of any further vacancies.
