How to make a Complaint

We will consider your complaint and work out how we can resolve your issue.See HOW TO CONTACT US.

We will tell you quickly that we have received your complaint. We will respond to the complaint within 20 days.

If you are not satisfied with our response you may ask for a review.  If after the review you are still not satisfied, you can make a formal privacy complaint to the Information Privacy Commissioner under section 34 of the Information Privacy Act 2014.

The Australian Privacy Commissioner is independent and will assess your complaint and can make a decision about our actions as correct or incorrect when dealing with your privacy. If your complaint is supported by the Commissioner you may be able to seek to resolve the complaint in the Magistrates Court.
