What we help with
We can help with most family law disputes. This includes emergencies.
We can give you limited one-off advice about:
family law parenting proceedings
your specific parenting case
family law property proceedings (limited advice)
what you need to know and do if you want to present your case to court yourself.
We can also help you commence urgent proceedings in emergencies.
What we do not help with
We don’t help with:
property recoveries
child support.
We may be able to refer you to services that assist with these.
