Salary range $84,437 - $88,255 per annum plus 15.4% superannuation

Full PBI salary packaging available – adds approximately $5K to your take home pay

Salary range $91,999 - $115,428 per annum plus 15.4% superannuation

Full PBI salary packaging available – adds approximately $5K to your take home pay

Lawyers Legal 3

Salary range $119,791 - $139,365 per annum plus 15.4% superannuation

Full PBI salary packaging available – adds approximately $5K to your take home pay

We are looking for suitably qualified Family Lawyers who are passionate and enjoy working towards Legal Aid’s mission by providing high-quality legal services that respect diversity and help build trust in the legal system. 

Family Practice lawyers provide advice and guidance on parenting arrangements, separation/ divorce including property division maintenance, child protection for children/parents, court applications and advocacy.
