Permanent Full time 

Full PBI salary packaging available – adds approximately $5K to your take home pay

Corporate Finance/Administration Officer 

Legal Aid ACT is seeking a proactive and well‑organised Corporate Finance/Administration Officer to provide essential administrative and operational support within our Corporate Services team.

This role plays an important part in keeping our facilities, office resources, and finance‑related processes running smoothly. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys a varied workload and contributing to a positive and well‑functioning workplace.

About the Role

In this role, you will:

  • Assist with basic finance tasks such as processing invoices and statements
  • Support office administration including supplies, maintenance coordination, and contractor liaison
  • Maintain organised shared spaces and ensure resources are stocked and functioning
  • Provide general administrative assistance for meetings, workshops, and the Annual Report
  • Contribute to records management activities such as filing, scanning, and archiving
